Booking Conditions

• A minimum $200 deposit is required for low season bookings.
• A minimum $300 deposit is required for shoulder season (school holidays) bookings
• For high season and special events (Indy) $500 deposit is required
• Cancellation with less than 21 days notice - deposit is not refunded.
• Cancellation with more than 21 days notice - deposit (less administration fee) is refunded.
• An additional charge of $25 per night for an extra person (maximum 5 pax per unit) during low and shoulder seasons. During high season the surcharge is $50 per night.
• Children under two years old are free if no bedding is supplied.
